The wine vinegar is composed of grapes from the Emilia-Romagna: Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano Modenese, Fortana, Albana, Ancelotta, Montuni and more than 50% of must.
It is aged for at least 2 months in oak casks getting the aromas of the wood.
Without caramel. The flavor stands out for the sweet and sour balance and the velvety nuances. Thanks to the high concentration of must it is not necessary to add caramel.
