We know our olive groves like the back of our hand, harvesting the olives when they are ripe and working with both oliari and blending masters, who select the precise samples to ensure Extra Virgin Olive Oil blends of the utmost quality.
Founders Edition
Passion in Oil Form. This very special blend is the result of a combination of 4 varieties of olives: Hojiblanca, Cornicabra, Nocellara de Belice and Arbequino. The result is a fresh, well-balanced oil with an intense fruity flavor. The aromas that determine its harmony are green grass, banana, almond and artichoke, combining perfectly with wildflower and citrus notes. On the palate, it has a bitter taste with medium spiciness.
