How are Olives à la Grecque made?
The Beldi variety stars in this work of art. The olives are harvested at the peak of ripeness when they have a natural black color. They undergo dehydration with salt, just like in the classic recipe, giving them their characteristic sweet taste in harmony with the salt as well as their wrinkled appearance. In addition, we pack them in Extra Virgin Olive Oil to boost the quality from a sensory perspective.
The resulting product is delicious olives that can be eaten on their own or added to salads for a gourmet touch.
