You have to give meaning to that empty plate. Creativity doesn’t just come "because I say so.” That’s why it’s crucial that you let your ingenuity work when you really fancy using it. When you feel passionate about it. Never force creativity. Listen to what I say (and remember, as I've mentioned before, I’ve been around for many years). By the way, experience has taught me that the best ideas, the things that inspire us the most, come at the most unexpected moments. Do whatever it takes to write down your ideas.
IMMERSE YOURSELF IN EXPERIENCES AND PUT ALL YOUR PASSION INTO YOUR COOKING

DON’T BE AFRAID TO FAIL AND ENJOY EACH DISH TO THE FULL
Dear friend, go out and fail! I don't care if your food is burned or you add too much pepper; I don’t care if your meat goes dry and the rice in your risotto is undercooked. I couldn’t care less! It’s as simple as that! What I do ask you to do is to learn. The next time, when you succeed, you will enjoy it twice as much. And when you share your work and enjoy it with your friends or family, you will appreciate that sense of creativity.
